BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Rajesh Rastogi is the Chairman of our Company. with extensive experience and strategic leadership, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the Company’s growth and development. His vision and commitment have contributed to strengthening the Company’s presence in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, while fostering a culture of quality, innovation and long-term growth.

Mr. Manas Rastogi is the Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since 2013. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and a postgraduate in Business administration with project in marketing from the University of Wales, UK. He has been instrumental in driving the Company’s growth and expansion through strategic business initiatives, marketing and organizational development. Under his leadership, Alde Medi continues to strengthen its presence across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Mehul Rastogi is a Wholetime Director of our Company . He is actively involved in the strategic procurements of the Company, contributing to its continued growth and strengthening its presence in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. His leadership and business acumen support the Company’s vision of delivering quality healthcare solutions and building long-term relationships with its stakeholders.

Ms. Niyati Prashant Rathod is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since August 04, 2026. She holds bachelors degree in commerce from University of Mumbai and is a qualified company secretary and an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has more than 5 years of experience. Her experience encompasses in the field of corporate secretarial, legal, regulatory and compliance matters. She is also serving as a whole-time Company Secretary in Mumbai Movie Studios Private Limited.

Mr. Sanjeev Sharma is an Independent Director of our Company and Sustainability and Climate Change professional with 32+years of experience across India and international markets. He holds a PhD in Climate Change, M.Tech in Environmental Science & Engineering from IIT Delhi, and B.Tech in Civil Engineering. He has extensive expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Plans, environmental clearances, sustainability, climate change, environmental audits, risk assessment, GHG emissions, and pollution management. He has worked as a consultant for the World Bank, ADB, JICA, MoRTH and government agencies, and has contributed to major infrastructure, railway, highway, industrial, mining and power projects. He has also supported more than 500 environmental clearances and received industry recognition for environmental consultancy.

Mr. Nitish Khaitan is an Independent Director of our Company and chartered accountant with18+ years of professional experience in statutory and internal audits, financial controls, risk management, banking audits, and corporate governance. He has worked with leading firms including S S Kothari Mehta & Co. and Ernst & Young (EY) and has served as a Partner in professional practices. His experience spans multinational companies, listed entities, banks, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and environmental sectors. He currently serves as Co-Founder & Partner at Mittal Khaitan & Co., bringing strong expertise in financial oversight, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and corporate governance.
